How to connect your clinic number
Forward calls from your existing line to your ClinicOS number in minutes. Patients keep calling the same number as always.
Find your ClinicOS number
Open your dashboard or onboarding email and copy your ClinicOS forwarding number.
Turn on call forwarding
Use iPhone/Android settings or dial codes below. No hardware, no installs.
Test it
Call your clinic number from another phone to confirm ClinicOS answers.
Quick setup (recommended)
Use your phone settings first. If your carrier doesn't show Call Forwarding, use the dial codes.
iPhone
- 1. Go to Settings → Phone → Call Forwarding.
- 2. Turn Call Forwarding on.
- 3. Enter your ClinicOS number as the forwarding destination.
Android
- 1. Open the Phone app → Settings.
- 2. Find Call forwarding (sometimes under Calls or Calling accounts).
- 3. Turn it on and enter your ClinicOS number as the destination.
Destination number
Use your ClinicOS number. Your carrier may require country/area code (e.g., +1 or +57).
Carrier-specific dial codes
Codes can vary by plan/region and by whether your clinic line is mobile vs. office phone service. If a code doesn't work, use phone settings or contact your carrier.
